Whippet puppies are also known by another name as Snapdog. Whippet puppies got this name because of their basic nature of doing things quickly and that’s why, “whip it”. They have to be protected against cold environments and weathers with warm clothing as they have a tendency to catch cold very easily. Occasional baths and cleaning is all that a whippet requires. Teeth cleaning have to be considered as there are cases when tartar can build up on the teeth and cause damage. Regular and good intensity exercises are essential for whippet puppies from the very beginning. This allows them to utilize their excess energy. Calling whippet puppies as the best housedogs will not be inappropriate as they are very happy and content when inside the house and get along with other members of the family in a very cordial manner.
